Sweet, minty digestion tea
A sweet-mint digestion tea from the Craft Tea Archives that was re-released in 2017 when cafes around Philly began serving Craft Tea. I originally developed it out of necessity. Years ago, there was a $5 gyro special on Wednesdays that I visited, well… every Wednesday. I loved the gyro (and the deal), but it put me in a food coma. After a few weeks, I created a first aid kit in a cup.
Strong Mint is one of the most popular blends for taste samples at events. It’s comprised of a healthy dose of peppermint, spearmint, and licorice making it delicious and effective for digesting big meals. It is by far the sweetest tea I make, because licorice is 50x sweeter than sugar. The flavor profile is more straight-forward than most of my other blends, with slight hints of fruity leaves like raspberry, strawberry, and lemon verbena.

This album is BONKERS and unlike any other album I’ve ever heard. Miles set out to make street music and looking back it was a great success. However, the album was initially panned by critics who thought it just sounded like noise.
