Strong herbs are usually hard to stomach, and valerian root is no exception. It’s been described as “tasting like rotten gym socks,” but it’s almost certain to put you to sleep…
To overcome this inconvenient flavor, I’ve loaded the mix with spearmint, chamomile, & lemon balm. It’s a nice punch—clean yet biting...and if it bites too much, just add a little bit of honey. For a more tranquil sleeping experience, I sprinkled hops and passionflower into the blend. The trio of valerian, hops, and passionflower should leave you waking up refreshed and well rested!

A seminal album in ambiance. This album really helped me when I had trouble sleeping. Evening Star is the second output from legendary record producer, Brian Eno, and King Crimson guitarist, Robert Fripp. Together they pioneered a genre using tape delay & looping techniques to construct peaceful, lingering soundscapes.
